Your apartment will be ready from 02.00 pm on the day of your arrival. Please leave the apartment by 10.00 a.m. (Gamz Apart) and 09.00 a.m. (Gamz Villa) on departure day.
The check in for all apartments takes place at Gamz Apart. Even if you have booked an apartment at the Gamz Villa you have to check-in and check-out at Gamz Apart.
A lot can happen before or during your holidays. Therefore, we recommend to take out a travel insurance to protect you from unnecessary costs.
The travel insurance can be made together with your booking. You get the form together with our confirmation of your booking.
Please confirm your booking by paying a deposit depending on the period of stay:
- 1 night: 100 €
- 3 nights: 200 €
- 5 nights: 400 €
- 7 nights: 500 €
- 10 nights: 700 €
- 14 nights: 1.000 €
- 21 nights: 1.500 €

Please note, that in case of cancellations with refund of the deposit, we will charge a fee of € 20,00.
We know you are looking forward to your holidays, but unfortunately something unexpected can happen at any time and prevent you from coming to our Gamz.
For cancellations of bookings we charge:
- no fee until 14 days prior to arrival.
- until 7 days before arrival 50% of the total booking price.
- from 7 days before - until the date of arrival 90% of the total booking price.
- if you arrive late or leave early, we fully charge the booked days.
You can pay your bill in cash (until the total ammount of € 4.999,99 per bill), with cheque or debit card (Visa and Mastercard).
Smoking is not allowed at the Gamz! You can smoke on the balconies or outdoors.
In the apartments at Gamz Apart animals are allowed for € 20.00 per night (without food).
We hope you will understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the garden.
We regret that pets are not allowed in our apartments at the Gamz Villa.
€ 15.00 per day for children from 0 to 2 years (including baby cot)
€ 20.00 per day for children from 2 to 6 years
€ 30.00 per day for children from 6 to 14 years
€ 50.00 per day for children 14 years or older and for every adult additive person
Please note, that we calculate an extra charge of € 10,00 on the daily apartment price for short stays less than 3 nights.
