Keep calm
and eat pasta

Tascherln, Blattln, Krapfen – made in South Tyrol

You won’t find products sharing less similarities with fast food and mass production, as the Gusto Alpin delicacies are made according to traditional recipes from the region. They showcase the best sustainable and local ingredients and are handmade with great skill. Of course, we also like to make culinary experiments, and so you can find exciting innovations like pasta made of beetroot with goat cream cheese, along with our classics like ‘Schlutzkrapfen’ and spinach dumplings. You can also find a selection of our products at the Rosticceria of Grüne Laterne.
